Responsibilities

• Handle trial and appellate litigation from pleadings through verdict.
• Run discovery: written discovery, document production, depositions and motion practice.
• Research and write briefs, motions and memos.
• Draft contracts and counsel clients.
• Work on employment, insurance, civil rights and related business matters.
