Construction-law familiarity is a strong plus, and you will leverage strong research and writing skills to advocate for clients. The role requires 5+ years in litigation, admission to the MA bar, and a JD from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with legal support teams to ensure efficient case management.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appeal.

Qualifications:

3. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on trial work.
4. Proven experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
