Position Summary

We seek a skilled and experienced litigation attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plaintiff personal injury law, trial experience is a plus, and experience across diverse practice areas such as auto accidents, medical malpractice, sexual assault (federal and state), negligent security, and others.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing cases is not required; however, referrals earned will receive a guaranteed percentage of the fee per your Employment Agreement.
A guaranteed six‑figure salary with a contractually binding percentage of settlements or verdicts.
Work with a highly structured office and efficient policies to move cases promptly.
Handle approximately 35–40 files, supported by a dedicated team of two experienced staff.
Focus solely on litigation; pre‑suit cases will be managed by our pre‑suit staff.
Receive a generous benefits package, including 401(k), health, life, and disability insurance.
No business‑management responsibilities—concentrate exclusively on litigation and trial work.
A dedicated intake department will handle all phone intakes.
