Candidates must have a J.D., active bar in the U.S., and strong writing and analytical skills to translate legal expertise into actionable AI guidance.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Litigation, corporate, real estate, bankruptcy, or compliance practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated litigation tasks such as issue spotting, legal analysis, and argument construction.
• Review and assess AI responses to litigation scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria to assess AI performance on legal tasks with rigor and consistency.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine data, guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven legal solutions.
