  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm in litigation and complex transactional matters.
  • Expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents, including contracts related to M&A, private equity, and capital markets activities.
  • Draft sample agreements and legal clauses, leveraging experience with high-value M&A transactions and private equity deals.
  • Evaluate legal scenarios and offer structured commentary to inform AI model development in data privacy and cross-border transactions.
  • Collaborate remotely with interdisciplinary teams to provide legal insight and ensure accuracy in simulated legal tasks and scenarios.
  • Contribute to the development of legal frameworks and decision rubrics (review rubric experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Participate in iterative feedback cycles to refine training data, ensuring legal precision and practical applicability.
