  • Experience with transportation or logistics regulatory matters is preferred but not required.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all phases of trucking and transportation litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Represent motor carriers, transportation companies, logistics providers, and related clients in complex disputes.
  • Advise clients on transportation-related regulatory matters involving state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance.
  • Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and hands-on involvement in matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling trucking and transportation disputes and an interest in advising clients on industry-specific regulatory issues.


Working directly with a marquee client, you'll have meaningful responsibility, frequent client interaction, and the opportunity to play a key role in sophisticated matters impacting the transportation sector.


Litigation Attorney Responsibilities:
