Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm in Wisconsin seeks a driven Litigation Attorney to advance cases from filing through trial. You will work with a supportive team, handling personal injury and motor vehicle matters with integrity and client-centered service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of litigation experience, strong writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

• Active Wisconsin State Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred (personal injury/plaintiff a plus).
• Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining client care.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage litigation cases: handle personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases from litigation through settlement, trial, or other resolution.
• Develop case strategy: evaluate liability, damages, case value, and litigation strategy tailored to each client.
• Handle litigation: draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents; take and defend depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Prepare for trial: prepare witnesses and exhibits, work with experts, and participate in trial proceedings as appropriate.
• Advocate for clients: communicate regularly with clients, guide them through the litigation process, and negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Work with the team: work closely with legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys, and experts to move cases forward efficiently.

What You Will Do

Manage litigation cases: Handle personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases from litigation through settlement, trial, or other resolution.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active Wisconsin State Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred; personal injury or plaintiff litigation experience is a plus.

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining quality and client care.

• Salary Range: $95,000–$300,000+, depending on experience, litigation background, and trial experience
