Litigation Associate Attorney

A leading law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join its Litigation and Trial practice group. This role involves handling complex civil litigation for a diverse client base, including international enterprises, institutional investors, established businesses, startups, and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial and appeals.
• Draft motions, conduct discovery, and perform legal research.
• Participate in pretrial, trial, and appellate proceedings.
• Work on cases involving business and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, class actions, securities litigation, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, professional malpractice, and personal injury.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to WSBA.
• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic background, writing skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• 1800 billable hours annually.
