Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school (T14 strongly preferred).
• Federal judicial clerkship experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters through all phases of a case.
• Take ownership of significant litigation responsibilities including drafting motions, briefs and pleadings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses.
• Attend hearings and court appearances.
• Work directly with partners on high-profile matters.
• Develop case strategy and client counselling skills.
• Collaborate with litigators in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

A nationally recognised litigation boutique is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing California practice. This role is open to talented associates (2-5 years of experience).

The firm handles sophisticated business disputes, class actions, partnership disputes, trade secret matters, fiduciary litigation, and other high-stakes commercial litigation for leading companies, founders, private equity sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals.

What You'll Do

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters through all phases of a case.
