Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate in Dallas with 3-5 years of experience to join its Financial Services & Capital Markets practice. This position offers exposure to sophisticated disputes, significant client contact, and growth within a national platform.

You will handle complex matters from inception to resolution, draft filings, conduct research, and participate in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. A Texas Bar license is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license required.
• 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal court.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting substantive motions and managing discovery.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Trial or arbitration experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
