Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a full-service California law firm to recruit a driven Commercial Litigation Associate for their disputes practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to high-stakes disputes across state and federal courts and complex arbitration.

You will move from document review to active case management, depositions, and courtroom strategy with seasoned partners. The position involves drafting motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in mediations

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing and a strong academic record.
• Proven track record in motion practice, brief writing, and discovery management.
• Deposition and arbitration/mediation experience is a strong plus.

• Draft dispositive and procedural motions, substantive briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Manage complex discovery workflows, including taking and defending depositions.
• Participate actively in mediations, domestic/international arbitrations, and trial preparation.

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a full-service California law firm to recruit a driven Commercial Litigation Associate for their growing disputes practice. This role offers immediate, hands-on exposure to high-stakes domestic and international disputes across state and federal courts, as well as complex arbitration. Duties:

• Draft dispositive and procedural motions, substantive briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Manage complex discovery workflows, including taking and defending depositions.
• Participate actively in mediations, domestic/international arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate directly with partners on overarching case strategy and client communication.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing and a strong academic record.
• Proven track record in motion practice, brief writing, and discovery management.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range is between $175,000.00 and $215,000.00
• Year-end discretionary bonus potential
