The Ideal Candidate

• Is a North Carolina licensed litigator with a minimum of 2-5 years of complex litigation experience;
• Has significant experience in the areas of trial preparation, taking depositions, legal writing and research;
• Is able to confidently appear before state and federal courts;
• Is an independent thinker with the ability to research and analyze information to help move a case forward;
• Can develop strategies and report case updates to senior partners
