You'll manage state and federal litigation, supervise discovery and motions, conduct depositions, prepare for trial, and maintain direct client contact throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of substantive civil litigation experience in a sophisticated law firm.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and case development.
• Ability to independently conduct depositions, including expert witness depositions.
• Trial preparation and court appearance experience.

The practice defends professionals and businesses in complex civil litigation, including professional negligence, commercial liability, transportation defense, and product liability claims, offering meaningful client interaction and a clear path for professional growth.
