Job summary

Witherite Law Group is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney in Philadelphia, PA to manage a full personal injury caseload from filing through trial. You will lead a litigation team, interact with clients and adjusters, and handle trucking and commercial vehicle matters.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Personal Injury litigation, strong research and advocacy skills, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. A hybrid schedule may be available after six months, with competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ABA-accredited law school.
• Current member in good standing of the state bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Personal Injury litigation experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide effective solutions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Experiencing litigating trucking and other commercial motor vehicle cases a plus.

Responsibilities

• Experience handling cases involving commercial motor vehicles
• Willing to expand knowledge of trucking litigation and obtain board certification in truck accident law

Physical Requirements:

• Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions.
