Boutique law firm with statewide and national reputation has an exciting opportunity for a motivated associate with 6 to 10 years of litigation experience to handle real estate and homeowner association litigation matters. The position offers immediate hands-on experience in complex real estate and homeowners association matters.

Practice areas include homeowner association representation as well as representation of non-HOA property owners, brokers, and developers. The firm is committed to providing clients with exceptional legal counsel and outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and a commitment to client advocacy.

Position Requirements:

1. J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
2. 6 to 10 years of litigation experience
3. Experience in discovery and law and motion
4. Ability to research, analyze, and act with minimal supervision
5. Self-starter, outstanding listener and excellent oral and written communicator
6. Professional demeanor
7. Ability to work at a pace necessary to manage and maintain active workload/caseload while providing excellent client service
8. Customer service oriented, client focused
9. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn
10. Ambition to grow professionally
11. Proficiency in Word and Outlook and ability to learn other software programs
