Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Nebraska bar admission; Iowa licensure strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of litigation experience including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation and trial.
• Experience in medical malpractice, employment, commercial, or civil litigation.
• Ability to manage cases independently and mentor team members.

• Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and other adversarial proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Lead discovery, including depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Participate in and lead mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
