Job summary

LumenCeler Group in New York is seeking Litigation Attorneys across multiple seniority levels to support a growing and diverse litigation practice. The firm handles a wide range of matters and is open to attorneys from various litigation backgrounds.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000+ DOE, with bonus eligibility and full benefits. Hybrid options available and opportunities for growth and advancement within a collaborative, high-caliber team.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• 2+ years of litigation experience (senior candidates encouraged to apply).
• Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception through resolution, depending on seniority
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
• Handle negotiations and settlement discussions
• Participate in trial preparation and trial (for more senior candidates)
