Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active bar license in the state where applying (or ability to obtain admission).
• 2+ years of litigation experience; all experience levels encouraged to apply.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing cases independently is a plus.
• Trial, deposition, or mediation experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other substantive filings.
• Conduct written discovery and take/defend depositions.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Develop case strategy and communicate directly with clients.
• Prepare matters for trial and assist with trial proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on complex matters.
