Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Litigation Attorney to manage high-stakes litigation across products liability, IP, mass torts, class actions, and MDLs (excluding PFAS). The role partners with Finance, HR and Risk to craft strategies and supervise external counsel.

Role:

Litigation Attorney managing complex high-stakes litigation including products liability, intellectual property, mass torts, class actions, and MDLs (excluding PFAS).

Responsibilities:

develop litigation strategies, engage external counsel, manage budgets, participate in mediations, provide proactive legal risk advice, and lead litigation policies and initiatives across global functions.

Requirements:

JD degree, 10+ years of experience in complex litigation within private, public, government, or military sectors; strong trial instincts, leadership skills, and strategic judgment.

Preferred:

first or second-chair trial experience, executive communication skills, ability to lead global legal teams, and a sense of urgency to win.
