Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a Wisconsin-licensed attorney to manage personal injury and civil litigation cases from filing through settlement, mediation, or trial. This role offers hybrid or on-site work in Madison or Eau Claire, WI, with opportunities for courtroom and trial experience.

You will develop case strategies, draft pleadings and discovery, take depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel and insurers, and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to deliver exceptional client

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with civil litigation procedures, legal drafting, and discovery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, legal research, and organizational skills.
• Personal injury, plaintiff-side litigation, insurance defense, or trial experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while providing attentive client service.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule or work from one of our welcoming Wisconsin offices. We also have additional Wisconsin office locations available for eligible candidates. This position requires the ability to work in-office and is not fully remote.

Note

Applicants must have an active Wisconsin law license in good standing and at least 1 year of litigation experience. Personal injury experience is a plus, but we also welcome attorneys with transferable civil litigation backgrounds.
