Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Louisville, KY practice. The attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases through litigation, including trial prep and trial.

The role requires Kentucky bar admission, strong client service, and excellent writing and advocacy abilities, with opportunities for growth within a leading personal injury firm.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
• Guide clients through the case process
• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
