• Court Appearances for various motions and conferences.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Propounding Discovery and Supplement if necessary.
• Responding to Discovery.
• Drafting Meet and Confer letters.
• Legal research and writing using Westlaw.
• Preparing and drafting discovery motions.
• Gathering and analyzing data produced in discovery.
• Responding to law and motion.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Conduct mediations and negotiations to resolve cases.
• Settle cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Drafting Trial Documents.
• Second Chair Trials.
