Baggett Law, a fast-growing personal injury law firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks a driven litigation attorney to take ownership of cases from intake through trial. You will manage a full caseload, negotiate, and advocate for clients in a collaborative team setting.

Ideal candidates have a J.D., Florida license, and a minimum of 3 years civil litigation experience, with exceptional written and oral advocacy skills and a relentless work ethic dedicated to delivering justice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload from intake through verdict or settlement.

• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and team members.

This attorney will manage cases from intake through trial, take ownership of their caseload, and work collaboratively with our team to maximize results. Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills are essential, along with a relentless work ethic and a commitment to achieving justice for clients.

Compensation: Highly competitive salary + bonus
