Distinct | North America is seeking Civil Litigation Attorneys to join our well-established law firm in Charlotte, NC. We welcome attorneys with experience across Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice, and other civil litigation areas.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of litigation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, strong research and writing skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to client service.

• Experience managing matters through discovery, motions, mediation, arbitration, or trial.

Responsibilities

I'm currently looking to speak with Civil Litigation Attorneys interested in joining a well-established law firm with a strong and varied litigation practice.

I'm particularly interested in attorneys with experience across areas including:

• Commercial Litigation
• Insurance Defense
• Medical Malpractice
• Professional Liability
• Construction Litigation
• Product Liability
• Employment Litigation
• General Liability

That said, attorneys from any civil litigation background are encouraged to apply. Whether your experience sits within insurance defense, professional liability, employment disputes, real estate litigation, negligence claims, or another area of civil litigation, I'd be keen to have a conversation.
