At Klie Law Offices, we help real people—not corporations. From employees wronged by their employers to individuals hurt by negligence, our work matters. We're expanding into Ohio and looking for a Litigation Attorney who wants to grow, take ownership of cases, and be part of a supportive, values-driven team. This position starts remote but will eventually transition to our Canton office, with travel across Ohio as needed. What We Offer • $74,500–$95,000 total compensation (includes bonuses) • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401(k) with employer match • Paid time off + holidays • CLE and bar dues fully paid • Relocation support (if needed) • Career mentorship and growth opportunities Responsibilities: • Represent clients in employment law and personal injury cases • Handle matters from intake to resolution • Draft legal documents: pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. • Appear in court, negotiate settlements, and advocate for clients • Work with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy Qualifications: • Licensed to practice in Ohio (Required) • Also barred in West Virginia , or willing to become barred (Preferred) • Interest in employment and injury law • Strong writing, communication, and litigation skills • Detail-oriented and organized • Motivated, professional, and eager to grow Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 yearly
