Duties

  • Offer tailored legal guidance to clients across various practice areas.
  • Conduct thorough legal research using both traditional and digital tools, including platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
  • Draft, review, and refine a variety of legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Develop case strategies and prepare for litigation by compiling evidence, interviewing witnesses, and collaborating with relevant experts.
  • Stay current on legislative and regulatory developments that impact client matters and firm operations.
  • Partner closely with fellow attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to coordinate case management and ensure seamless client service.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client communications, case progress, and legal filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Active membership with the California State Bar.
