We are a congenial, boutique litigation firm looking to expand in South Orange County, CA.
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney who has at least 6 years of litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, law and motion, all aspects of managing discovery, and most importantly, the candidate will have extensive trial experience. Ideally, the candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience at a large litigation law firm in California.
This individual is someone who loves being in court and who is comfortable taking the lead in dealing with opposing counsel in contentious cases. They will be assisting on one civil litigation case, and two cases involving administrative law.
