Buffalo Biodiesel seeks a Litigation Attorney to join our growing legal team in Buffalo, NY. The role handles sophisticated civil litigation matters across state and federal courts, requiring strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
You will manage dockets, draft pleadings, coordinate e-discovery, take depositions, and advise leadership on risk and strategy. Onsite work 8:00am–5:00pm at 17 Court Street, Buffalo. 4–7 years of experience, J.D., and exposure to antitrust law are highly valued.

Buffalo Biodiesel is a rapidly expanding renewable energy company dedicated to promoting a cleaner, greener future. Through the collection and recycling of used cooking oil, we help businesses reduce waste while producing sustainable, environmentally responsible fuel solutions. As our operations continue to grow across multiple states, we are expanding our legal department to support our dynamic legal department.
We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 4–6 years of civil litigation experience who is eager to take ownership of sophisticated, high-impact matters in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our litigation portfolio includes commercial disputes, contract enforcement, business torts, unfair competition, and other complex civil matters. Buffalo Biodiesel is involved in both state and federal litigation.
