DEMAND THE LIMITS PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEYS in South Florida is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney. You must be licensed to practice in Florida and be in good standing with the Florida Bar, with at least 3 years of personal injury litigation experience.

You will work alongside seasoned attorneys handling negotiations with insurers and, if needed, trial. This is a production-based role with high earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar; no disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 3 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies and, if necessary, trial.
• Handle all aspects of representing clients in negotiations with insurance companies and trial.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when needed.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Attend hearings and argue filed motions.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare for mediation.

Job description:

We have an opening for you to become the firm's newest Personal Injury Litigation Attorney!

You must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be in good standing with the Florida Bar with no prior or pending disciplinary actions for past conduct or malpractice history. Additionally, you must have at least 3 years of litigation experience handling personal injury cases and speak bilingual (Spanish preferred).

In this position you will work alongside other seasoned attorneys and will be expected to handle all aspects of representing clients in negotiations with insurance companies and, if necessary, trial.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Empathetic and respectful client contact


• Providing legal advice to clients and guidance to legal support staff


• Communicating with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers


• Preparing cases for trial and representing clients in court, if needed


• Negotiating settlements with insurance carriers


• Drafting documents such as complaints, briefs, and motions


• Attending hearings and arguing filed motions


• Taking and defending discovery and trial depositions


• Preparing for and attending mediation


• All aspects of trial prep

Please note that this is a production-based role with high earning potential. Base pay is between $100,000-$130,000 depending on experience with an estimated total compensation between $250,000-$500,00 per year.
