Job summary

O'Flaherty Law Group in Bloomington, IL seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney (3+ years) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters. This is primarily remote, with in-person court appearances 2–3 times weekly.

You’ll manage a caseload with paralegals and senior attorneys, while gradually taking more independence as you grow in the role. Licensed in Illinois (or pending) is required.

We are a growing, multi-state law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney (3+ years) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters in Central Illinois (Peoria, Bloomington, Champaign, Springfield).

This is a primarily remote position — you’ll work from home with in-person court appearances 2–3 times per week.

• $100,000 – $150,000 base salary, depending on experience and production
• Comp tied to your chosen billable target (you control your pace and earnings)
• 20% bonus on billing over target
• Health insurance (50% employer-paid)
