Job summary

O'Flaherty Law Group in Bloomington, IL seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney (3+ years) to handle family law and/or civil litigation matters. This is primarily remote, with in-person court appearances 2–3 times weekly.

You’ll manage a caseload with paralegals and senior attorneys, while gradually taking more independence as you grow in the role. Licensed in Illinois (or pending) is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Illinois (or pending admission)
• Experience in family law and/or civil litigation
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of family law and/or civil litigation matters
• Attend court hearings in Central Illinois (approx. 2–3 times per week)
• Manage cases with paralegals and senior attorneys
• Gradually take on more independence as you grow in the role
