McLain & Merritt, a well-respected Atlanta law firm, seeks a litigation associate to join its Atlanta office. Associates will work with a team of partners, senior attorneys, associates, investigators, and paralegals on premises liability, products liability, and intentional tort defense litigation.

Our team represents retailers, restaurants, apartment complexes, offices, and other businesses in litigation throughout Georgia.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Opportunity for direct client contact and input on case management.

Responsibilities

• Work on premises liability, products liability, and intentional tort defense litigation.
• Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, investigators, and paralegals.
• Support case management and participate in early depositions.
