Jobot, a rapidly growing plaintiffs' litigation firm, seeks an experienced attorney to join its Seattle team. The candidate should have a J.D. from an accredited law school and a license to practice in CA, WA, NY, or IL, with 8+ years of civil litigation experience.

The role requires handling all phases of litigation, including discovery strategy, motions, depositions, and court appearances, with a focus on employment and wage-and-hour class actions. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in CA, WA, NY, or IL.
• 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong experience managing all phases of litigation.
• Written discovery and discovery strategy.
• Motion practice.
• Court appearances and oral advocacy.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Case management and client interaction.
• Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA, or other complex litigation.
