Job summary

Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, P.L.C. in Utah seeks an attorney with civil litigation or insurance defense experience. Associates will try cases and arbitrate disputes with partners, participate in depositions and hearings, and develop into exceptional trial lawyers within a structured, growth‑oriented firm. A six‑year path to partnership and a transparent bonus structure accompany a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Licensed Utah attorney with civil litigation experience and/or insurance defense exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to try cases and argue dispositive motions.
• Willingness to participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Responsibilities

• Try cases and arbitrate disputes with partners.
• Lead depositions, argue motions, and appear before juries or arbitrators.
• Develop and manage trial strategies with mentorship from senior attorneys.
