Job summary

Candidates must have 2-5 years of litigation experience, including understanding procedural rules, courtroom rules, and the evidentiary importance of persuasive briefs and strong writing skills.

Experience with motions, depositions, discovery and ESI, and preparation for mediation or trial is preferred.
