Qualifications

• 2–6 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Bar admission in CA for Bay Area or CO for Denver.
• Strong writing, research, analysis, and judgment.
• Experience drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and arbitration submissions.
• Research difficult legal and factual questions and translate to recommendations.
• Develop case strategy with partners, clients, experts, and co-counsel.
• Manage cases, discovery, ESI, depositions, and case teams.
• Prepare witnesses and arguments for hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Take ownership of work, deadlines, and results.
