Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and/or false advertising law with litigation exposure.
• Strong understanding of relevant statutes (Lanham Act, Copyright Act, DMCA, trade-secret laws).
• Bar admission in the relevant state is required.
• Willingness to engage across broad laws supporting technology clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage IP and technology litigation across copyright, trademark, trade secret, false advertising, and AI spaces.
• Develop strategy for complex litigation and enforcement actions for product development risks.
• Conduct legal research and analysis with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Oversee discovery, coordinating with clients and vendors for e-discovery processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and maintain client-facing relationships.
