Our client, a powerhouse real estate law firm representing owners, developers, and others in sophisticated commercial real estate matters, is seeking an associate with approximately six to ten years of commercial real estate litigation experience.

If you have built a strong litigation foundation and are ready for greater responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to continue advancing your career, this role offers a compelling next step.

The practice handles complex commercial, real estate, and construction disputes, including partnership and joint venture matters, commercial landlord tenant and lease disputes, business torts, and contract claims. Strong writing and advocacy skills, sound judgment, and admission to the New York Bar are required.

You will have the opportunity to take greater ownership of matters, develop strategy, argue substantive motions, take and defend depositions, negotiate resolutions, participate in trials and hearings, and work directly with sophisticated clients. The role is designed for an attorney ready to operate with increasing independence while continuing to develop within an established and highly regarded practice.

Compensation is $220K to $260K, depending upon experience and other job related factors, together with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package.
