CF Legal Recruiting and Staffing is assisting a New York City real estate law firm in seeking a Jr. Level Real Estate & Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of experience handling matters from pleadings through trial in New York State Supreme Court and/or Federal Court.

The ideal candidate has strong writing and analytical skills, can manage pre-trial work independently, and will interact with sophisticated clients including owners, lenders, developers, and investors; position requires

Qualifications

Position Overview

A New York City real estate law firm is seeking a Jr. Level Real Estate & Commercial Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of experience handling litigation matters from pleadings through trial in New York State Supreme Court and/or Federal Court. Appellate experience is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and analytical skills and be capable of independently managing the pre-trial aspects of complex real estate and commercial litigation. The role offers meaningful client interaction, increasing responsibility, and the opportunity to work with sophisticated commercial real estate owners, lenders, developers, and investors.

Key Responsibilities
