Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners seeks an Associate Attorney for its San Francisco Bay Area office to join a plaintiffs' litigation firm. The role focuses on sophisticated whistleblower and consumer protection class actions, offering early courtroom experience and meaningful exposure.

The candidate will handle complex matters for individuals and consumers, with a strong public-interest litigation orientation and opportunities to advocate against powerful defendants.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–7 years of post-bar litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical and legal research skills.
• Experience with depositions, court appearances, complex discovery and ESI.
• Desire to build a career as a litigator.
• Collaborative, intellectually curious and able to work in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage substantive portions of complex litigation from early case development through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions and other significant pleadings.
• Handle written discovery and complex document/ESI matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with experts and participate in trial preparation.
• Appear in court and develop meaningful first- and second-chair litigation experience.
• Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys and a strong support team.
