Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its San Francisco Bay Area office in a litigation-focused role.

The position offers exposure to sophisticated whistleblower and consumer protection class actions on behalf of individuals and consumers, with meaningful courtroom experience early in the role. Ideal candidates have passion for public-interest litigation and a demonstrated desire to build a career as a litigator.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–7 years of post-bar litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical and legal research skills.
• Experience with depositions, court appearances, complex discovery and ESI.

Responsibilities

• Manage substantive portions of complex litigation from early case development through resolution.
• Draft complaints, motions and other significant pleadings.
• Handle written discovery and complex document/ESI matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Work with experts and participate in trial preparation.
• Appear in court and develop meaningful first- and second-chair litigation experience.
• Collaborate closely with senior trial attorneys and a strong professional support team.
