Responsibilities

• Case ownership across the full dispute lifecycle, from strategy to trial or settlement.
• Take and defend depositions; argue motions in court for corporate clients.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, dispositive motions, and evaluation reports.
• Counsel corporate clients on risk, strategy, budgets, and exposure.
