Job Summary

Working closely with senior attorneys, you will be responsible for all aspects of the litigation process, from conducting research and preparing legal documents to participating in discovery and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support the firm's litigation efforts
• Prepare and file a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in the discovery process, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and responding to discovery requests
• Represent clients in court proceedings, such as hearings, depositions, and trials
