Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with bar eligibility (Colorado preferred).
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm or in-house setting.
• Experience with contract disputes, business torts, real estate/construction disputes, or shareholder matters is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motions, mediation, and trial prep.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and client-facing advisory memos.
• Take and defend depositions and represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Manage discovery workflows, including e-discovery and document review.
• Perform legal research and help shape litigation strategy with senior attorneys.
• Build direct client relationships and contribute to business development as the practice grows.
