• Manage matters from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Research, analyze, and draft briefs, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and motions to compel
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients in Texas state and federal court, including hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Conduct legal research and help develop litigation strategy alongside senior attorneys
• Build direct client relationships and take part in business development as your practice grows
