Qualifications

• 4–5 years of litigation experience.
• Active Pennsylvania bar license.
• Strong deposition and motion practice experience.
• Personal injury experience preferred.
• Trial experience or exposure preferred.
• Ability to manage cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from discovery through trial.
• Take and defend client, witness, and expert depositions.
• Draft and respond to discovery and motions, including summary judgment.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in court proceedings.
• Develop case strategy and collaborate with senior attorneys.
• Communicate with clients and negotiate settlements.
