Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Represent clients in hearings, conferences, and trials
Communicate regularly with clients and insurance carriers regarding case strategy and developments
Independently manage case files, deadlines, and competing priorities
