Responsibilities

• Represent businesses in complex commercial disputes, including contract, shareholder, partnership, and M&A-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Develop case strategy and work closely with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and senior attorneys to resolve disputes effectively.
