You will work closely with an experienced partner on NY State and Federal matters, drafting pleadings and discovery, and managing multiple matters in a fast-paced setting. Qualifications

• 3-7 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active admission to the New York Bar.
• Experience handling litigation matters in New York State and Federal Courts.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
