Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join our Long Island office. Compensation

Compensation starts at $150,000+ and is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and billable hour expectations. Additional performance-based compensation opportunities are available

Qualifications

A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, required.

3-7 years of commercial litigation experience.

Active admission to the New York Bar, required.

Experience handling litigation matters in New York State and Federal Courts.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.

Ability to manage multiple matters and meet competing deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
